Potato And Shrimp Fry |
Ingredients;
1. 2 medium size potatoes
2. 3/4 cup shrimp
3. 1/2 cup chopped onion
4. 5 sliced green chilies
5. Salt to taste
6. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
7. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
8 . 3 tablespoons oil
9. 1 bay leaf
Direction:
1. Grate the potatoes.
2. Heat the pan. Then heat with 3 tablespoons of oil.
3. Add onion, chills, potato and shrimp in oil one by one.
4. Then add spices like. turmeric, salt, cumin and 1 bay leaf.
5. Now let it cook on medium heat and shake it after some time so that the bottom does not burn.
6. After a while, when the color becomes light brown, remove it.
7. Serve with hot rice or bread.
