Cauliflower Fritters |
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
1 lemon zest
6 tablespoon cream cheese
1/2 cup flour (add more as needed)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Chili Flakes (add more spices if you want)
Instructions:
1. Boil the cauliflower pieces well in salt water, strain the water.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the egg, garlic and lemon zest. Add the cauliflower and season with spices until it breaks down and the pieces are the size of a pea.

3. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and chili flakes in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the cauliflower and mix gently until combined. If the shape does not hold, add more flour. Refrigerate for about an hour.
4. Heat the oil in a flat pan over medium heat. Add 2-3 teaspoons of oil and serve with the big ones. When one side turns brown, turn it over and cook on the other side. When folded, transfer to a plate with a paper towel.
