Instructions:1. Take the cream (1/2 cup) in a bowl and add sugar and salt. Then add the vanilla extract to the pot. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add remaining cream, milk and stir to combine. Once the mixture has cooled, add the strawberries and food coloring, pour it into a container and let it freeze in the deep freezer.
2. After 2 hours, take out the ice cream and beat it well. Then transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and refrigerate for 7-8 hours or overnight.
