Hot Chili Chicken

Hot Chili Chicken Hakka is a popular Indo-Chinese dish of a special chicken in China. In India, this may include different types of dried chicken. Although boneless chicken is mainly used in this dish, some people also use chicken with bones.

The spice of hot chili chicken varies from country to country, as well as its "sauce" and "dry" ingredients or the amount of gravy varies. This dish contains South Asian spices. Hakka cooking techniques also include sweet and savory flavors.
 
There are plenty of recipes for the dish of the same name depending on the manufacturer. Below is one of them: -

INGREDIENTS:


                        1. Chicken breast 2 pieces
                        2. All purpose flour 1 cup
                        3. Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
                        4. Salt 2 teaspoon
                        5. Black pepper 1 teaspoon 
                        6. Oil for frying
                        7. Hot chili sauce 1 1/2 cup
                        8. Garlic powder 1 teaspoon 
                        9. Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
                      10. Red chili flakes 1 tablespoon
                      11. Green chili chopped 1 tablespoon
                      12.  Soya sauce 1 tablespoon

DIRECTION:
        
                     1. Take flour, red chili powder, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl and mix well.

                     2. Cut the meat into small pieces.

                     3. Now coating the pieces of meat well in the flour mixture.

                     4. In a frying pan, take enough oil and fry the pieces of meat in deep oil till light brown.

                     5. In another pan, add hot chili sauce, garlic powder / pest, red chili powder, red chili flakes, chopped green chili, soy sauce and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

                     6. Then add the fried pieces of meat and stir for 2 minutes.

                     7. Serve with polau or fried rice.
