For the marinade
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 pinch cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
Method:
- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and wrap 6 medium tortillas in foil.
- In a large bowl, mix paprika powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garlic paste, olive oil and a pinch of salt. Spread the chicken pieces well in the mixture and leave for 30-45 minutes.
- Heat a pan and put the marinated chicken in the pan and fry until cooked.
- Now fry with onion, capsicum and green chilies for another 5 minutes.
- Put the tortillas in the oven to heat up and serve with the cooked chicken, a bag of mixed salad and one 230g tub of fresh salsa.
