Cranberry Sauce |
Ingredients:
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions:
1. Combine cranberries, sugar and water in a saucepan, bring to a boil.
2. Add the jalapeño, after it boils, heat gently for 10 minutes, so that the sugar melts, then add the lemon juice.
3. Cool completely to room temperature.
4. Refrigerate until serving time.
Note:
Adjust the sugar according to the taste and personal taste preferences of the cranberries.
Cranberry sauce can be stored in the fridge for up to a month.
