Ingredients
          1 pound of boneless beef (or chicken)
          1/2 cup gram pulses
          1 medium onion crush
          1 teaspoon garlic paste
          1 teaspoon ginger paste
          8-10 black peppers
          1 1/2 teaspoons hot spices
          2-3 dried red chillies
          Salt to taste
          Raw chilli powder
          About 1 cup of water
          1 tablespoon lemon juice
          2 eggs
          1 cup oil for frying
     
     
    Instructions
    1. Soak the gram pulses in water for about 30 minutes.
    2. Ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper, hot spices, red pepper, salt, water, meat and pulses are taken together in a bowl to cover and cover the ingredients until all the water is dry and cook over medium heat.
    3. Make a paste by crushing the cooked meat and pulses in a blender. In a bowl, take the paste; Add an egg and the rest of the ingredients along with the fried onion except the oil and mix well.
    4. Grease oil of both hands, using the mixture to make small, round and flattened kebabs.
    5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Beat an egg in a separate bowl.
      Dip each kebab into the beaten egg and leave it in the oil.
    6. Fry the kebabs on each side until golden brown.
    7. Serve with polao, biryani or food of choice.
