Optional: 2 cups of add-ins - soft brownies or cookies
Instructions:1.Take cream (1 cup) in a saucepan and add sugar and salt. Then add the vanilla extract to the pot. Heat the mixture over medium heat, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add remaining cream, milk and stir to combine. When the mixture cools down, pour it into a container and let it freeze in the deep freezer.2. After 2 hours, take out the ice cream and beat well. Then transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and refrigerate for 7-8 hours or overnight. Serve with brownies or cookies.
