Vegetable Pakora
Ingredients:
 
3 cups chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrots, spinach, sweet peas, cauliflower, etc.)
1 cup chopped onion
2-3 crushed chillies
2-3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup sour yogurt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Oil for frying

Instructions:
 
1. Place a paper or paper towel on a plate to absorb the oil after frying.
2. Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle a little water (if needed) to make a little wet dough with all the ingredients. If necessary, the amount of water may be more or less.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Using a tablespoon, remove a small amount of apples from the mixture and dip them in the oil.
5. Remove the pakoras from the oil and place on a plate.
. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney and enjoy while absorbing excess oil paper towels.
