Ingredients:

1 cup gram
4 tablespoons chopped onion
2-3 green chillies
1 medium potato
1 tomato
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon hot spices
Salt, to taste
3 tablespoons oil
Coriander leaves crushed

Instructions:

1. Soak the gram in water for 5-6 hours and boil it.
2. Heat oil and fry with onion and green chillies.
3. Fry with all the spices and potatoes.
4. When the potatoes are boiled, grate them with lentils and tomatoes.
5. Add salt.
6. Now pour the boiled gram, reduce the heat of the oven and sprinkle coriander leaves on top.
7. Serve and enjoy with cucumber, chopped tomatoes, onion.
