 Ingredients:

      6.5 kg ripe tomatoes
      1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh raw lemon juice or white vinegar
      2 teaspoons salt
      2 teaspoons cornflour
      3/4 cup sugar
      2 tablespoons red chili powder

Instructions:

      1. Take water in a container and fill it with ice and cold water. Cut the stems from the tomatoes and cut a shallow "X" at the bottom of each fruit, wait a while.
 
      2. Now put the tomatoes in boiling water. In 45 to 60 seconds, its skin will begin to wrinkle and split. Then take it again in cold water. In this way it can be seen that the peel of the tomato is coming off easily.

      3. Now cut the tomatoes into thick pieces. Boil the tomatoes over medium heat. Stir until the water dries. Add lemon juice or vinegar, sugar, chili powder and salt. Finally Cornflower Day. When the sauce thickens, take it off.

     4. Allow the sauce to cool, then place it in a glass container and transfer to the fridge. The sauce can be frozen and stored for at least 3 months.
