Watermelon Lychee Granita Recipe

Watermelon lychee granita

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cube watermelon
Litchi without 7-8 beeches
1/2 cup sugar (optional)
10 mint leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated ginger
How to make watermelon lychee granita:
- In a blender, mix a little mint leaves, ginger and sugar.
- Now add 1/2 cup cubed watermelon, lemon juice and litchi.
- Mix all the ingredients in such a way that no grains remain.
- Transfer to a container and let cool in the fridge.
- Arrange with ice cubes and a few mint leaves.
- Take a sip and enjoy.
