- 100g butter plus extra to grease
- 100g dark chocolate chopped
- 150g light brown soft sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 50g plain flour
- single cream, to serve
Method:
- In a heatproof bowl take 100 grams of butter and 100 grams of chopped dark chocolate and set on a hot water pan (or alternatively put it in the microwave) and stir until it is smooth. Set aside to cool slightly for 15 minutes.
- Now pour the chocolates in an ice making mold and keep it in the deep freezer until they solidify.
- With the help of an electric beater, mix 150 grams of sugar, 3 large eggs, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and finally 50 grams of plain flour. Put butter or oil in a small oven proof bowl and fill the bowl 1/2 part with the mixture. Then take 1 chocolate cube in the mixture and dip it in it with your fingers.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 10-15 minutes.
- When the cakes are ready, carefully roll out the cakes with a knife around the edges of the bowl, then serve these with cream.
